Hello and welcome to our community! Since its inception in 1999 SSA has partnered with its clients enabling them to challenge their status-quo and create world-class products and services. With a modest beginning in management systems certification consultancy, over the years SSA has added several arrows to its quiver to include capabilities like Six Sigma, Lean, Performance scorecards, Policy deployment, Skill Matrix, Process Management systems, Change Management and Leadership Development. Our endeavor has always been to offer customized roadmaps to clients to help them deal with specific business challenges. Over the years, we have had the privilege of consulting over 400 industries across 11 countries, trained over 3000 resources and delivered over 700 projects leading to cumulated savings of Rs 500 crores (INR 5 billion). Our endeavor now is to create a community of like minded people to facilitate networking and to stay connected with members of our fraternity.
